शिपिंग नीति

We deliver across India, to every PIN code our delivery partner serves. We do not ship outside India at present. You can check your PIN code on any product page before you order.

All orders are delivered by Blue Dart Express Limited. Every shipment carries a waybill (AWB) number and can be tracked from pickup to delivery.

• Orders of ₹1,199 or more: free shipping.
• Orders below ₹1,199: a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
• Cash on Delivery: an additional handling fee of ₹49.

All charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices include GST.

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹49,999, where Blue Dart offers it for your PIN code. Please keep the exact amount ready. After placing a Cash on Delivery order you will be asked to confirm it on WhatsApp; we dispatch once it is confirmed.

Orders are packed and handed to Blue Dart within one (1) to three (3) business days of payment, or of confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4 pm, or on a Sunday or holiday, are processed from the next business day.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Indore and nearby: one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and other neighbouring regions: two (2) to four (4) business days.
• Metros and most other cities: three (3) to five (5) business days.
• Other locations: four (4) to seven (7) business days.
• The North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories: six (6) to nine (9) business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, strikes, local restrictions and other events outside our control can cause delay.

When your order is dispatched we send you the Blue Dart waybill number by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Enter it on our Track Order page, or on bluedart.com, to follow your shipment.

Please check your name, address, PIN code and mobile number carefully. If you notice a mistake, tell us before the order is dispatched and we will correct it. Once an order has been dispatched the address cannot be changed.

If a shipment is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The cost of sending it again is payable by you.

Blue Dart will attempt delivery and contact you on the mobile number you gave. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment is returned to us. For a prepaid order we will contact you to re-send it, with the re-shipping cost payable by you, or to refund the order value less the shipping costs we incurred in both directions.

• Check the outer packaging before you accept it. If it is visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, you may refuse the parcel and tell us at once.
• We recommend recording a video as you open the parcel. It lets us settle any claim for damage or a missing item quickly.
• If something has arrived damaged, defective, incomplete or different from your order, write to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. See our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

If tracking shows no movement for more than seven (7) business days, or your order has not arrived within fifteen (15) business days of dispatch, write to us. We will take it up with Blue Dart. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, as you prefer.
