These Terms and Conditions govern your use of therightenergy.net and any purchase you make from THE RIGHT ENERGY (“we”, “us”, “our”), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We currently deliver only to addresses within India.

We sell orgone pyramids, pyrite sacred forms, crystals and related pieces. They are made with natural stones, so the colour, pattern, size and arrangement of every piece differ slightly from the photographs. Such variation is not a defect.

Our products are rooted in Vastu and crystal traditions and are offered for spiritual practice, intention-setting and decoration. Descriptions of what a stone or symbol is “kept for” or “associated with” describe tradition and belief. They are not promises of a result, and our products are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include Goods and Services Tax. Shipping and any Cash on Delivery fee are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is unavailable, your PIN code cannot be served, the details given are incomplete or appear false, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

You are responsible for giving an accurate name, mobile number and delivery address. We contact you about your order by WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email.

• Online payment by UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets is processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your payment details are entered in the gateway's secure payment window; we do not see or store them, and the gateway's own terms apply to the payment.
• Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹49,999, where our delivery partner offers it for your PIN code. A handling fee of ₹49 applies and is shown at checkout.

If an online payment fails but money has left your account, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within five to seven working days. Write to us if it is not.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead us to offer you prepaid orders only.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Consultations are offered by our authorised consultant at ₹500 per session, inclusive of taxes, and are booked through WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a time with you and received payment.

A consultation offers personal guidance. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for treatment by a qualified professional. What you do with the guidance is your own decision. Rescheduling and cancellation are covered in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

The name The Right Energy, our logo, and the text, photographs and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Place orders with false details or with no intention of accepting delivery.
• Interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
• Use automated tools to copy its content or place orders.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We take care to describe our products accurately, but the website is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

The experience of using our products is personal and varies from person to person. We make no guarantee of any spiritual, material, financial or health outcome.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action, or failures of the courier, payment or network services we depend on.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version on the website on the day you place your order applies to that order.

If you have a complaint about an order, a consultation, or the way we handle your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at contact@therightenergy.net with the subject line “Grievance”, your name, your contact number and your order reference, if any.

We acknowledge every grievance within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one (1) month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
